New structure located in the center of the main street of the city of Anzio, overlooking the historic port and seaside village, consisting of an independent two-room apartment and another apartment with a common area and 3 independent rooms with bathroom. It is a newly renovated accommodation with new generation systems and home automation opening. Very quiet, air conditioned and with WI-FI located a few steps from the most famous beaches of the eastern coast (Tirrena, Tirrenino, Quiete, Marinaretti etc..) and those of the west (Grotte di Nerone, La Dea Fortuna, Fanciulla D 'Anzio etc..).

STRUCTURE

IN THE CENTER OF ANZIO

The structure overlooks the first floor of one of the few historic buildings in the city equipped with a lift. All rooms have their own bathroom with large shower and are equipped with every comfort (minibar, QLED 4k television, WI-FI, hot/cold air conditioning, towel warmer, hairdryer and safe. Latest generation fixtures isolate from all noise. Within walking distance you will find a concentration of the most famous restaurants on the Lazio coast and the most renowned bars and ice cream parlors in the city.

USEFUL REFERENCES

Very convenient location, with shops and various services (banks, post offices, car parks) within walking distance. The direct train to Rome Termini (and vice versa) is about 500 meters away. Even arriving at Fiumicino airport you can get to Rome Termini with a train and from here take the train to Anzio every hour. 100 meters away is the departure of the hydrofoils/ferries for Ponza and the Pontine islands. For those who wish, they can visit the Museum of the historic landing of Anzio and the Villa of Nero, less than 3 km away is the historic village of Nettuno and not far away also Torre Astura and Tor Caldara.
